SEA-DOO THROUGH THE BEACHES OF PORT HACKING
Driving from one beach to another while in a stinking hot car can take up so much of your day before you even consider the struggles of finding parking. When beach hopping in a Sea-Doo, your next destination is just a short joy ride away!
Being located in the Sutherland shire there are so many great, secluded locations that a Sea-Doo could journey through but today we’re going to focus on a few magnificent beaches in Port Hacking, located less than 15 minutes from our dealership.
Don’t forget to take along your Fuel Caddy for this trip to make sure your adventure doesn’t have to be cut short!
JIBBON BEACH
First on the list is the picturesque Jibbon Beach. It’s located in Bundeena, towards the south of Port Hacking. A secluded location with a backing of trees which will leave you feeling like you’ve discovered your own private island. It’s surrounded by National Park creating the remote, exclusive feel of this stunning slice of paradise. There are endless options to enjoy once you're there, from swimming, snorkelling, diving, picnicking (you’ll want to take along a LinQ cooler to keep all your food and drink fresh in the hot weather), or simply sitting back and enjoying the exceptional Insta-worthy sunset views that are created in this haven.
GUNYAH BEACH
Heading upstream around a slight bend you’ll reach Gunyah beach, known as the “locals beach”. As the name alludes, it's the perfect escape from the tourist crowds that circulate around the Bundeena areas. There are many rocky areas so we don’t particularly recommend this place for swimming. However, If you're feeling particularly adventurous, the beach is known to have the biggest rip holes in Australia making it a top location for fishing. Types of fish you can catch are King George whiting, garfish, salmon, salmon trout, tommies, flathead, trevally, snook, snapper, kingfish, nannygai, and more!

HORDENS BEACH
Once you’ve had your fix of the private island life, just around the corner you’ll be able to reach Horderns Beach. It’s another beautiful sunbathing location, of course, but it’s also only a short walk to the town center. Perfect for if you’re searching for a bite to eat or feel like exploring the local shops. There’s also a great playground to take the kids to and a chance to use the local amenities. P.S. If you love bringing your furry friends along with you on your Sea-Doo adventures, Horderns Beach allows for off-leash run-around at certain times of the day.
